The guide rods are straight, carriages roll smoothly, etc. However, the first time I ordered this product, it arrived with 2 guide rods, 2 carriages and 2 support mounts - missing half the carriages and supports. Not sure what I'm expected to do with only enough parts to use one guide rod. So I put in for a replacement, which, AGAIN, showed up with only 2 carriages and 2 supports.
