The book has everything at your fingertips for easy searching of ailments or oils or oil blends with nice glossy pages and colorful pictures. This is definitely geared toward the Doterra user. Although, it is useful for any essential oil user, with the possible exception of the essential oil blends chapter. The single essential oil section was even better than I expected. It covers the primary uses and how to apply it in a quick way with a T for Topical, A for Aromatic and and I for Internal. You also get the Chemical Constituents, Properties, Historical Uses, French Medical Uses, Other Possible Uses, Body System(s) Affected, Aromatic Influence, Oral Use as a Dietary Supplement, Safety Data, Blend Classification, as well as Odor. This all comes with a great index and a color coded tab for the section on each page. This book covers so much in an easy to read fashion. Totally Recommended.
