Review: You will not be disappointed - Hands down the best flour I've ever used for any and all breads and other baked goods. I've used it from the "purest" french bread (flour, tiny bit of salt, and yeast), to more complex multigrain breads. It rises well, handles well, is consistent in quality and taste across many years of use. You may also try Bob's Organic Unbleached Unbromated White Flour for the "purest of pure" flours. I'd also recommend mixing in some whole flour (not white) depending on your recipe. For a delicate white bread like french bread, coating the top and bottom of the bread (dusting the pan) with whole flour and dusting the top, does the trick nicely.

I have tons of Bob's Red Mill items in my home and this is just one of those many that is just perfect. Everything I get is so wonderful, healthy and just makes me want to make good things. Flour is amazing... I have lots of beans and oh my gosh do they ever make fabulous, hearty soups etc. especially for those of us living in FAR Northern Maine. Been a cold winter that has seen lots of enjoyable meals with Bob's Red Mill products.
