No loose strings, no frays, not even discoloration despite extensive use on rooftops. It also handles being machine washed and dried with zero issues or damage. Wear it till it's been sweat on a bit, wash it and its fresh and clean like new. Can not suggest this highly enough. The folding bill also allows it to fit into any pocket big enough for your hand and even then some. Extremely impressed by Helikon Tex's quality once again.
