I notice no order at all in my truck from these wheel chocks. **Q: I ordered these and didnt receive them. I got an empty bag that was already opened. What should I do to get my purchased item?** A: Follow the Amazon process for getting returns / credit - I have rarely been disappointed or frustrated. **Q: What rubber material is used? Is it made with crumbled pieces that are pressed?** A: These are molded rubber, are good quality. **Q: What is the weight capacity of these chocks?** A: Not sure. I use them with my 2019 Sequoia fully loaded / wet = ~7,000lbs and they haven’t collapsed.
