A: It looks and feels authentic when i compared it to a piece at the store..i informed the store guy at tumi as well and he asked me to bring it to the store to verify but i haven't done that as yet.

A: No warranty, it is a second hand used product and you should not buy it. Better to buy from authorized/ official Tumi dealers
