Will literally give you half a cup. Will flash and make noise if you try to make a cup on an empty reservoir, though! Brews very quick. About one minute. About half the time as the last pot. Very clean. Does not splash out of the cup.. or drip after beeping sound that it is done!! Nice and hot! 3 sizes! You get used to which to use!! My husband and I use different sizes!
