My phone is now completely unusable because this cover did not protect it AT ALL! The product description says this cover is "Top Grade Protection- Made from superior 9H tempered glass that is scratch resistant and shatterproof protecting your screen from scratches to high impact drops." Well, that didn't happen. I had this on my iPhone 5S that I use as an iPod and it fell out of my pocket onto the sidewalk -- something that happens a lot for people and the precise reason we purchase items like this to protect our phones. It didn't fall off a roof or out of a moving vehicle, it fell out of my pocket. So, about three feet at most. When I picked it up, I could see the glass cover had basically shattered. No big deal -- that's what it's supposed to do and the reason I bought multiple covers. However, when I peeled it off to put a new one on, I discovered my phone screen was shattered just as bad. Wow. The cover basically did nothing. If you look at the pictures I uploaded, the first one is with the screen protector still on and the second is when I took it off -- hardly any difference at all. I've had screen protectors shatter like this before on my main phone and I never worried because the actual screen underneath was always fine. But I've never seen a screen protector provide worse protection than this. Now my second phone is unusable because the screen is so messed up. It's not worth paying the $60 to have a new screen put in so, yay, no more back-up iPod. I love that my iPhones last so long that I can repurpose them when I upgrade, so it's really frustrating to put your faith in a product to protect that phone and it fails so miserably.It looks like this product is unavailable but I would stay away from any screen protectors from this manufacturer if you value your phone at all. THats the biggest difference between a screen condom and a glass screen protector. The energy and the point impact of the fall is absorbed through the screen protector by it shattering. Its perfectly normal.
