Question 1

Most of the newest 5 star ratings come from people with exactly one review in their history. Is anyone getting real aftermarket support for defective units, or it all still a game? What a shame for a product that actually works.

Accepted Answer

I have had my Tendlite for almost 3 years now with no problems with the device. I feel it does help, as long as the injury can be helped with increased circulation around the area. I had a question about air travel with the device and the Tendlite support group was very attentive and helpful. It is cheaper to buy it today than it was 3 years ago.

Question 2

How is this device different from the light relief device?

Accepted Answer

Dear Gary,The main difference is the Power. TENDLITE has more than 4x the power of the other brand. TENDLITE is a Professional Grade Medical Device. Now Tendlite comes with a set of Rechargeable Battery + Charger. All the best,Team TENDLITE

Question 3

Is it effective on finger joints or the knuckles?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The Tendlite is indicated for Temporary relief of joint pain, and relief of arthritis pain. In fact, due to the size and portability of the unit, you can target a finger joint directly, getting all the energy right where it's needed for pain relief.

Question 4

Is this the 2014 model using 3 batteries? How many 1 minute sessions can I do at a time and how many times a day?

Accepted Answer

Dear Viewer,
No, this is actually the new 2018/2019 model, it uses 1 large rechargeable battery. It comes with 2 batteries (1 spare battery) and the charger.
Usually, you will do a 1-minute session per spot/area. If the pain is intense, you might want to use it for 2 minutes per area.
It is a safe technology, you will not hurt yourself by using for longer than that.
Please let us know if you have other questions.
All the best,
Team Tendlite
