Can i use portrait mode with this? as i post a lot for instagram and tiktok.

Yes, It has a portrait mode on it

is this gimbal compatible with a cannon eos 750d?

If its an older dslr no, for its full capabilities it needs a camera with type c USB input to use all the controls, I use it for my 700d and it does do the job but I can't use it for its full use

Can I use this gimbal with a mobile phone as well as a M4/3 camera? I would like to use both.

There is a App but its only to control it, there is no VDU options on the app

Camera spins uncontrollably after set up. Any ideas?

It may be the connection, make sure the camera is compatible and your using the correct cable
