Can you put the stones in a towel warmer, to warm them?

Yeah, you can do that. Wrap the stones in a towel for heating. The temperature is controlled within 50 degrees. May you have an intensely satisfying experience.

How do you heat these rocks?

You can use a crock pot or roaster, and a thermometer to monitor the water temperature.

Can you heat bath water with these,?

No. These Hot Stones are for your feet, legs, etc. They are cold but once you place them in hot water, you then wrap them around a thin towel and use them on my feet and legs. They only stay warm for 10-15 minutes before you have to put them back in hot water to warm up. These do no heat up your bath water.
