I thought it may have been my cables but after tinkering around for an hour or so I just could not get these to power up the secondary PSU. I ended up simply using the jumper block that EVGA sends with their PSU and ordered add2psu for now to have a more reliable switch (even though they were costly).I didn't see anything wrong with the connectors or the pins but they do feel rather cheap. At least it didn't somehow mess up my mobo or any of the PSU's at least.
