An excellent self study guide to introduce Avid MC.  The down loaded media is appropriate to a steady learning rate. Remains as a useful reference manual to assist a users to refer back and reinforce already learned processes as they work on their own media. The level of tutorial does not include high level NLE techniques to confuse beginners or intermediates  but it does mean that those looking for that level of tutorial need an alternative reference .
