This is exactly what I wanted for nighttime clock viewing
I wanted a clock in the bedroom at night to check the time without wanting to turn on my phone to do so. I don’t care about the weather, and the alarm function wasn’t a huge priority. I just want to know the time at night. Nightstand clocks ended up being too bright even on their dimmest setting, in particular when your eyes adjust to the overnight darkness at 4am etc. So I’d move the clock further away from the bed, but I wear glasses, so now the clock was too far away to read. Projection clocks seemed like a possible solution. I read a bunch of reviews of other clocks and ultimately settled on the MeesMeek, and I couldn’t be happier. Here’s why: 1. The projection isn’t too bright. I was worried it’d be a distracting spotlight on the ceiling at 4am. Nope, not at all. I was also worried the actual projector on the clock would be too bright, nope not at all. I use it at the dimmest setting of 10%. Another reviewer mentioned a red halo around the time, at 10% I honestly don’t notice it. 2. This clock is a nice static non-distracting display. I read another clock had the flashing colon between the hour and minute digits. Not this one. 3. I had a hard time finding on other reviews how big the projection was on the wall/ceiling. I set it up at two different distances. At 5’ projection (nightstand to ceiling distance) the numbers were 3.5” tall. At an 8’ projection distance the numbers were a beefy 8” tall. They were very clear and easy to read at both distances. 4. Others reviewed it was hard to setup. I disagree. Super easy. 5. The display of the time on the actual clock. I was worried it might emit light even on its “off” backlight display setting. When it is set to no backlight, it is off, no distraction at night. There are other clocks out there will better bells and whistles: indoor weather, outdoor weather, 90degree projection rotation, etc. But if your #1 priority is a nighttime clock projection that is easy to read and not a distraction, then this clock nails it.

Very good
Don’t let the lower price fool you. This is a really good clock (I bought 2). USB powered, control brightness of projector and able to turn off the light of the regular clock. I love being able to look up from my sleep, see the time, then just go back to sleep.

Great clock!
Bought this and love it. Easy set up, ceiling display is perfect! Will be purchasing a second one for our camper.

Great projection function - wish the brightness could be dimmed more
Clear projection with an easy "flip" function to invert the projected image. The numbers on the ceiling are clear and crisp. There are several brightness settings for the clock display, but I wish there was one more setting that is even dimmer - on the nightstand it lights up half the bedroom even on the lowest setting. A great choice if you like projection clocks and aren't too picky about the brightness.

USB Powered Clock That's Easy to Set Up, Yes Please.
It's a basic clock, w/ alarm feature, and very adequate time projection capability. GF and I travel quite a bit and got spoiled by my bedroom projector clock (that's not easy to set), so I bought a different clock for travel that had a projector, however it required an AC adaptor to power it. This clock, similar in size, and ease of configuration, eliminates the AC adaptor from the travel pack, just 1x USB C (I have plenty) and an available USB port (again, plenty), and this is up and running in no time. I checked the battery compartment, all looked ok, but I don't use that feature, and I don't use the alarm feature, so no clue how well these items work.

Dimmed projection light & not USB powered backlight
Projection light dimmed to the point it can't be seen on the ceiling. Otherwise, works well. Update: discovered that the background display won't work because USB connection is faulty. Tried multiple USB cords that were good; but unit still has no backlight unless it works on battery power for 5 seconds (per instruction). Connector on unit definitely at fault. Do not buy! In reviews, others have noted the same issue.

Good projection, but snooze feature is unreliable
My little Oregon Scientific clock that I've had for years finally went to meet Jesus. I loved that little thing and since its death and sad fact that the company has gone out of business I've tried a couple different projection clocks. The MeesMeek is the best so far and superior to the blue projection clocks as the light doesn't burn the image of the time in my retinas just before closing my eyes to sleep. The projection can be dimmed and the lowest setting is easily seen at night without penetrating through my eyelids. The high setting stirs me from slumber assaulting my closed eyes at two, or three or four AM making me think that a red demon sun is rising and it's time to get up and go to work. There are two major problems with this clock. The first is a design flaw. The alarm on off button is right next to the snooze button, so when a sleepy hand slaps ath the snooze button to get another precious 9 whole minutes of sleep, there is the danger of actually shutting off the alarm. I will say waking up 33 minutes past your intended get up time get the heart going and the adrenaline up so missing my morning coffee isn't as big of a deal. The second problem I first thought was a result of the design flaw above, but I did some massive modifications to the clock (taped over that alarm on off button) assuring I couldn't accidentally hit it when I pressed the snooze. However, after much testing and fiddling I discovered that before 630 in the morning the snooze doesn't work. I hit the snooze wanting to get a whole 5 hour and 9 mins of sleep, and it turns off the alarm as if I hit the off button. This is the on-off button that I have at this point secured so well only the nimblest point of a finger could depress it. Further investigations have shown that the snooze feature will start work after 630, but before that don't bother the snooze alarm because it's too early for being on the job. I don't know if this is a weird setting that is built in to the clock, or a funky glitch, but it is quite annoying and made us late for work twice now. Honestly, I would like to hear from someone else with this clock, is mine a special little guy that didn't get all his nuts and bolts at the factory?

Best projection clock
Very impressed with this tiny clock. I don’t like the light at night . So with this clock you can dime the light in 3 settings or turn it of completely with the touch of a bottom. Projection works great with either setting. Thank you

Clear and easy to adjust.
This is a great little gadget. The projection is very clear, and you can do so many different things with it. You can make adjustments, and it isn't complicated to readjust. I think it is very good value for money and also it is compact, but very clear. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Elektrik kablosu usb seklinde. Yani usb porttan aliyor elektrigi. Kesilse bile unutmuyor saati. Projeksiyon cok iyi okunuyor. Uzun omurlu olacagini tahmin ediyorum.

Exceeded my expectation
I only start looking for projection clock because my 10 year old son want to have one. And as per my habit of doing research of anything I buy, I start exploring all the options. First I decide on my criteria - 1. It should project the time clearly on the ceiling so that I can see the time lying on our bed 2. The display should be big and clear on the clock 3. The light on the clock and ceiling should be adjustable so that it do not disturb our sleep. Every other thing is optional - Radio (I never listened Clock Radio), Temprature (I use my mobile for that)... I shortlisted the below options but rejected them - Dr. Prepare - Too crowdy on the Clock display. Project not clear and brightness cannot be adjsuted. Sony ICF - Costly, Too small Clock display Braun BC-15B - Bad and DIm Projection I endup with 3 options - Mesqool Liorque Mees Meek Based on the reviews, I selected Mees Meek. It also has more options and the cheapest of the lot. And I am glad I made the right choice. The projection is big and clear and can be adjusted. The brightness of projection can also be adjusted. The clock display is big and the back light can be adjusted and switched off Time can be in 12-24 format It has no nonsense feature. But it does best what it is suppose to do. It is so convinient when you wake at middle of the time and need not getup to check time on a bright screen. This is my first review in last 20 years of shopping on Amazon but I was so happy with this project and I have to write this review.
