I want to try it for my son but he doesn't swallow pills well** A: This is a powder filled capsule that works just great. I'm a 137 lbs female and take 3 capsules with a large meal. The directions say 2 - 3 per meal so I take 3. I love this product. I don't take them with a small breakfast or light lunch just large meals for my colitis.
