I wouldn't put them in the dish washer. I used two of its knives one after a month of usage has become blunt and the usage is as normal as any household will use them. The one with saw tooth is still good but I can very well sense that it is also not that sharp as it was on day one. I really liked the color and I loved the handle and balance BUT a knife is suppose to be sharp, especially a ceramic knife. I used 1 knife and felt it wasn't sharp. I figured it was me, so I tested the others and I felt that they were not sharp. I have 2 kyocera knives that are about 2 years old and have stains on them. I compared the knives cutting a tomato and some bread. The kyocera knives were much sharper than my new knife set.
