The chain seems really solid, not too thin as I was expecting. The setting for the diamond is also sturdier than I had anticipated. The diamond is beautiful and you would have to look incredibly closely/be an expert to know that it may have inclusions. Also being set in yellow gold, you really can’t tell if the color is not perfectly clear. To my eye, I don’t see any yellow/ discoloration in the diamond. It absolutely sparkles beautifully! The only small thing I can complain about was that it came in a baggie and you have to place it in the jewelry box provided, but at least they did provide one! I would buy again.Update: I contacted the American Gem Society about the certificate which stated that the diamond was not a natural diamond. They told me that there was a problem ans numerous certificates went out with the incorrect information on them. They said they would provide a new certificate and that this diamond was indeed a natural diamond. Today I received the certificate that states the diamond is a natural diamond. I have changed my review to five stars as I believe that my wife will be very happy with this necklace. The size is as advertised and as expected. The error on the certificate was from a third party and not the seller.Earlier review:I just received this necklace.
