I got this product after my physical therapist suggested it. It has cause me some back pain but only because I’m regaining strength in my core and building those muscles back up causing a bit more use of my back and other muscles. She recommended only using the belt while being active or lifting my kids a lot. Helps hold the muscle together when strengthening. ### ⭐ Post natal Fit Splint for Diastasis Recti *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2013* I have a 4 finger width Diastasis and am 5.5 with a fairly long waist and this splint DOES NOT cover my entire diastasis. I am very disapointed. I have done more reasearch and have been told that a lot of women "Double splint" in other words you have to buy TWO of these for them to work correctly. Well one of them is expensive enough! They should make it work for what they claim it does. Because it doesn't cover the entire area it will not close the gap like it supposed to and is completely useless to me. The Tupler splint although just as expensive is wider and has three "arms" instead of two. Google Tupler method.
