I don’t use a regular mat underneath when I’m practising yoga on a rug or grass. But I would use another yoga mat on harder surfaces. This mat doesn’t wrinkle during practice and I love not being distracted with fixing creases.I love the texture and colour. The actual colour is more similar to the first picture I uploaded and the advertised photos.I also use the mat when I go to a yoga studio as sometimes the mats there are quite old. Yoga is much more enjoyable with a clean mat! It is very easy to wash and dry this mat.
