We use them to store things like frozen fruit, rice, chopped vegetables, etc. The containers are way easier to manage than the crumply plastic bags from the store, and they work really well. These would be great for meal-prepping batches of soup, beans, etc., too. We got the 24oz containers and honestly, they're smaller than I expected. They work just fine, but I wish I'd gotten the larger size.
