Please refer to the User Manual - MINIMIZATION OF THERMAL RESISTANCE: The thinner the pad, the lower the thermal resistance. Thanks to its good compression properties, the very soft heat conduction pad is particularly a good heat conductor - HIGH PERFORMANCE: Based on silicone and a special filler, TP-3 also outperforms high-performance pads, especially when height differences of closely spaced chips - VERSATILE APPLICATIONS: Heat-conducting, vibration-damping, mouldable, electrically insulating - can be easily cut to size. Ideal for RAM, chipset, IC in PC, laptop, console, graphic cards - SAFE HANDLING: The pad contains no metal particles, is electrically insulating and non-capacitive. Handling is therefore safe, as contact with electrical parts will not cause damage ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09V52W7JH | | Are Batteries Included | No | | Best Sellers Rank | 4,388 in Computers & Accessories ( See Top 100 in Computers & Accessories ) 5 in Thermal Pads | | Brand | ARCTIC | | Colour | blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (2,427) | | Date First Available | 9 Mar. 2022 | | Guaranteed software updates until | unknown | | Item Weight | 15 g | | Item model number | ACTPD00057A | | Manufacturer | ARCTIC | | Product Dimensions | 12 x 2 x 0.15 cm; 15 g | ## Images ![TP-3: Premium Performance Thermal Pad, 120 x 20 x 1.5 mm, (stackable to 2.0 mm without performance loss), 4 Pieces - High Performance, particularly soft, ideal gap filler, bridging gaps - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41gcQ-ODJiL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the pad's W/m·K rating?** A: My understanding is about 8. But I’ve used 20 and no significant difference. chips don’t get as hot as gpu and good contact is mire important. higher conductivity means less soft and compliant. Need to make sure pads don’t hold gap open gpu to heatsink. I put 1.5 mm Artic tp3 pads in memory chips and made deep impressions. But compliant. probably only needed 1 mm pads will redo when i get chance. 21w/m2 doesn’t conform like this. My old Clevo 870cu had really soft pads nobody remembers what the material was but Artic is closest I’ve found. My GTX 280M and 980m have same 100 watt rating ## Frequently Bought Together - ARCTIC TP-3: Premium Performance Thermal Pad, 120 x 20 x 1.5 mm (Stackable to 2.0 mm Without Performance Loss), 4 Pieces - High Performance, Particularly Soft, Ideal Gap Filler, Bridging Gaps - ARCTIC MX-6 (4 g) - Ultimate Performance Thermal Paste for CPU, Consoles, Graphics Cards, laptops, Very high Thermal Conductivity, Long Durability, Non-Conductive - ARCTIC MX-4 (4 g) - Premium Performance Thermal Paste for All Processors (CPU, GPU - PC), Very high Thermal Conductivity, Long Durability, Safe Application, Non-Conductive --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/442078166-tp-3-premium-performance-thermal-pad-120-x-20-x](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/442078166-tp-3-premium-performance-thermal-pad-120-x-20-x) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
