If so where?** A: We love our boxes. We have three of them and they will not allow a FOB from one box to be accepted into another. When we try the box identifies that it is a new FOB and asks, only the administrator, if we want to re-identify to this location. We have purchased extra key rings/cables but we haven't yet bought new FOB's. However, we have been in contact with the manufacturer and they are very supportive. I'm certain new FOBs can be purchased. **Q: what's the difference between ff-7-0370 and ea-100117 t21** A: They are similar items, one is made by Traka and the other Medeco. Not sure if its made by Medeco or they private label. It works flawlessly and the user interface is very simple. ### ⭐ 2nd Unit Just Failed in the Exact Same Way *by S***H on August 27, 2023* It gets very frustrating when you buy an expensive product only for it's basic functionality to fail within a few months twice. The door will not shut on our current Traka21 Key Lock Box. The exact same issue the previous one had. I do not know what issues they have at their production facility but apparently the door is the weak spot of this unit.
