Review: Keemake Chang series knives are amazing! - I have been so impressed with the Chang series knives, that I have nearly bought the entire family of knives. I started out with the 8” chef knife, 6” utility knife, and 3.5” paring knife for work. I wanted to get a Shun chef knife, but they are spendy. I have bought most of the Chang series for the same price. It’s been the best starter set. Knives are durable (as long as they are not dropped on the floor), sharp out of the box, and very comfortable. I bought the Santoku set because I have prep tasks at work that I wanted to do more efficiently and needed knives without a sharp tip. I used them for quickly dicing onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, and celery. I use the 7” inch model for quartering pickles for burgers and dicing vegetables. The 5” knife is great great for dicing smaller cuts, like fine dicing jalapeño.
