I emailed the company and they have not replied. I just inquired as to what my options were....it was a very disappointing birthday present for my husband.
Review: How to assemble - Instruction for assembly are very poor. First assembly put handles on wrong side and was unable to fold wheelbarrow. Had to take apart and re-assemble. Still unable to mount tubeless tire to hub after several attempts. If I cannot get the tire on the hub and inflated, I will have to return it.
