These pens are great, good quality and easy to use with a very common battery replacement. After a minor problem with one of multiple pens I purchased, this company went out of their way to replace the pen to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this brand of pen.

These pens are perfect for recording those ideas and reminders that haunt me at night. I can rest easy when I have them down on paper and am able to write in the dark. The 2 light levels are very adequate and the pens write very smoothly! As an artist, I can appreciate the quality when I sketch. At meetings, if the lighting is low, these pens are perfect for note taking. The use of a AAA battery makes it practical getting new ones. My hands are large, so the size and weight feel good when I write or draw. Nice classy design! The extra refills are nice and I’m not sure how long they last, but I know I’m set for awhile. This pen is very bright. It's also very heavy, so if you're a small person just writing your ideas down in the dark of the night, you might want to pick a different pen. You also have to use two hands to turn it on, as the ink tip comes out by twisting the tip of the pen. Customer service was great, as they were a little back-logged at Christmas time when I ordered it, and they sent extra refills and batteries to make up for the delay in delivery, which was very kind of them! : ) I would order this again if I were a stronger person and weren't using it in the pitch-dark of the night.
