All four Dragon Ball movies in good quality for how old they are. My only caution is that the dubs are all over the place. Movie 1’s dub was made in 2010 by the “Kai” cast of actors so you have one of the only instances of Colleen Clinkenbeard as young Goku. Monica Rial is Bulma, big name actress Cherami Leigh features in it as well. The acting is good, but the script is very out of date and inaccurate. Then, the dub for movie 2 jumps way back to, like, 1996 and not only is the acting terrible, but the audio itself sounds bad, like Funimation didn’t have good equipment period. Dubs for movies 3 and 4 are okay and on par with the dubs of the Dragon Ball show. Not that you should ever watch the dubs, of course, outside of nostalgia or “so bad it’s good” enjoyment. None of these movies bring much new to the table, so I think only hardcore DB fans (myself included) will get much out of it.
