Great natural remedy!
I've had wonderful results with this product. I was having terrible hot flashes , night sweats, mood swings. It took about two weeks to see the total effect. After about weeks 1 I stated to notice subtle changes and by week 2 , I was feeling much better. Hang in there and give it a chance to work. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I like it.
Not sure why, but somehow I like it. It does appear I sweat less. Although I almost didn't get it because I wasn't sure if it would suppress my appetite or make me more hungry. Apparently I'm dork. A previous reviewer said they didn't get the flu for 5 years while taking this. I sure hope she wasn't confusing it with the other Flu spray that this same company makes. So that's the goal.
