As a budget-minded camper, I'm always looking for gear that's both affordable and useful. These camping lanterns definitely fit the bill! They're bright enough to light up my whole tent at night, whether I'm reading, cooking dinner, or just trying to find my way around the campsite in the dark. They put out 1,000 lumens, which is a lot of light for the price. What really impressed me though is how well they hold up in the rain. We all know camping trips don't always come with perfect weather, and these lanterns withstood a downpour without any problems. This is a huge selling point for me, since I love kayaking and hiking near water. Plus, they even have an emergency SOS mode with a flashing red light, which is a great safety feature to have in case of unexpected situations. The lanterns also have a surprising number of features for the price. There are 6 different lighting modes to choose from, so I can adjust the brightness depending on what I'm doing. And the biggest surprise? They can actually charge my phone! This is a lifesaver on longer camping trips when I need to keep my devices powered on. The lanterns themselves are lightweight and easy to carry or hang up, so they don't take up much space or add a lot of weight to my backpack. The only thing I couldn't quite figure out was the battery life on the different settings. I used the lantern for 2hrs:35min on one setting and it was still going strong, but it would be helpful to know how long the battery lasts on the brighter settings, especially when I'm using it to charge my phone. Knowing the exact size of the lanterns would also be useful. Overall, I'm really happy with these camping lanterns. They're bright, waterproof, and have a ton of features for the price. They're a perfect choice for any budget-minded camper who needs a reliable source of light on their next adventure.

Just got back from a 4 night camping trip, and these lanterns lasted the entire time, and STILL have a charge. Dropped them a few times on limestone rock, and not even a scratch on them, and still working like the little champions they are. I bought them to replace my 15 year old battery operated lanterns, and I was specifically looking for a lantern with a steady red light option, and I was glad I did because it really helps not attract bugs. The lantern was extremely bright, and has two white light settings for brightness. It also has a flashlight with a collapsible handle, and has a clip on S hook to hang in the tent. Another thing is they are waterproof, which is excellent since I camp close to water and had them next to my swimming spot at the hot springs. These are well built, they last long on a full charge, have a red light option, easy to hang in the tent, easy to carry as a flashlight, big enough to not constantly be losing them, but compact and light enough to fit in your gear. They are charged with a standard USB-C cord, and can also double as a charging bank to give your phone a little power in an emergency. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the 2 pack of lanterns I got, and am planning on getting some more as gifts for my family.

Amazing lights! Bought a pair and truly amazed! Love how they charge quickly and have solar charging for phone to keep charged outdoors. Waterproof - great for our boat / lake life when we are out at night in the summer & great for camping! Will be purchasing 2 MORE sets!

I ordered these lanterns for a camping trip and they worked our great! They're a nice, compact size and they're very sturdy. We used almost all the functions; the flashlight for walking to the restroom in the dark, the white lantern light for the tent, and the red lantern light for outside at night. Love the flexibility of this lantern! It did all of these things very well, but I'd note the flashlight is particularly bright. They include charging cables and lanyards for hanging the lantern which was very useful as we hanged it from a hook in our tent. Battery life was great. We used them extensively for a weekend and they never died. Great product!

Pictures show the difference between low light mode and high light mode in my bathroom, as well as how bright they are as a porch light during a power outage, and low and high next to each other. They take about 2.5hrs to charge fully. On brightest setting it stays at full brightness for 5hrs, but the lights slowly dim until they finally go out completely after another 4 hours. On the lowest lighting setting (which is still very bright) they stay on at their full brightness for 12.5hrs, and again slowly dim for another 4hrs til they go out. They also have an SOS flicker setting which could come in handy in an emergency camping situation. They are so lightweight I was able to hang them from my ceiling fans to fully light a couple rooms. As far as the power bank aspect I'm less impressed. First, one of the lanterns flicker between settings if you try to use the lantern and powerbank at the same time. Next, I was only able to get my dead phone to charge to 23% with the lantern fully charged and light off, so in an emergency you should be able to get enough of a charge to call for help. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will likely purchase more for next hurricane season. We got these after Hurricane Zeta knocked out most of the power in our city, and we found out it would be a week before we got it back! I had 4 other lanterns but it wasn't enough and candles aren't an option with small children. They arrived in a day and a half, so 4-5 days before we got power. We had a small generator to run our fridges and a fan so we also had a way to charge them.

These lanterns are fantastic. They put off great light and even have the ability to lower the illumination or redirect the light outward or downward depending on the need. They charge quickly and have lasted through 3 day weekends without the need for recharge. Super easy to use and highly portable. They also look and feel rugged and should last a long time.

I bought these off Amazon almost a year ago and wanted to see how they'd do after using them a while. I can definitely say they surpassed my expectations. I don't have electric in my barn, and chose not to because of rodents chewing the wires in my previous barn, and also because of the extra fire risk. I wanted to keep my new barn simple, so these USB rechargeable battery lanterns fit the bill perfectly! I use them every night during the week for about 20 minutes and on the weekends sometimes 30 mins to an hour each night, so I can spend time with my ponies grooming them and just hanging out in the barn. I only need to recharge the batteries every 7 to 10 days and there is a small blinking red light to warn you when the battery is getting low. Two of them light up my entire barn so I can feed the ponies and chickens in the coop next door and get my chores done without being in the dark. They have handles on the top and side so you can use them as a flashlight or as a lantern and there are several light modes including a red light and red emergency flashing light. They come in a 2 pack, so it was perfect for my needs, too.

We purchased these for our recent camping trip and were quite pleased with them. We really liked the center light and used that for inside our tent. The attached carabiner was great too so we didn't need to worry about trying to figure out how to hang inside the tent. I didn't realize that these also serve as a power bank which was awesome since I had forgot to pack mine. I used it to charge my phone, it wasn't a fast charge, but it was better than nothing. We didn't use these enough to determine how much charge was left after using as a power bank. We really liked these lights and would buy again.
