, ... could not be more pleased with this little book (im g'ma)! 4 & 5 yr old g'kids love it and are learning the words and reading the book. They want to use it over and over - every day! Bottom line; regardless if it has minimal words, (for many kids that is very acceptable) or a simple story line, IF the kids find the book and/or idea and artwork charming, they will indulge and often keep it close, just like the Wonky Donkey book, even though that one is more advanced, ... ease or not so much, it's the content and what works for the KIDS not the adults, ... if the kids love it, so be it, and these two here, adore it. They are sight reading the words now and putting together thoughts - comprehension from artwork to words, etc. (as a coach for years, this works). Parents need to be aware this is not for them, but for the kids. let the kids decide! before you tinkle in their soup, lol ... and be negative, then they will be negative too. ... it's a good little book and it works!

Easy to read and hold in my kid's hands. Great quality. The book was short but still had them excited. I will keep buying more books like this.

My little one loves everything sharks so this is a good beginner book. I purchased the hard copy so it's sturdy.

This book is basically toddler gold — kids LOVE it, like ask‑for‑it‑every‑night levels of obsession. The bright colors, the silly shark antics, the easy rhythm… it’s all perfectly engineered to hook little brains. But for parents? Yeah, the repetition will wear you down. After the 20th read‑through, you’ll be reciting it from memory while questioning your life choices. Still, it’s a great memory builder for your little ones, and they genuinely get a kick out of it every time. Rating: 4/5 — kid‑favorite, parent‑fatigue, but adorable overall.

My 2 year old had me read it over and over 3 times in a row so far today. She loves anything sharks because of baby shark.

Bought this story book of big shark, little shark for my daughter, and it is very clear, interesting and beautiful pictures illustration. I think this book is good for beginners, up to may be class-5. Paper Quality, is really fantastic.

This is a great book for young kids who are starting their reading journey, as the sentences are small, concise and make sense on their own, with slight humor. Highly recommended!

Great story for early readers. It’s funny and my 2 and 5 year old both enjoy it. Repeats words throughout plus few words per page, which is especially helpful for early reading.
