If yes, how long?** A: Yes but the time would depend on how bright a day it is. It would be slow, probably 15 to 20 minutes. Too many variables. A UV lamp is predictable and only 1 minute. **Q: Do you have to use an inkjet printer, or can you use a laser print?** A: The sheets are intended for ink jet, they would most likely melt on the fuser drum in a laser printer. **Q: Once you’ve added your design to a screen is it reusable? If so, how long do they last?** A: Once you burn a design into the screen it will be reusable for a long time. It will need to washed in between uses to be reused. It will not last forever, it will eventually get where it won’t lay flat anymore when dried and the emulsion will start to crack and chip and not give a crisp pattern anymore. That will take awhile. These screens work very nice. **Q: When I’m washing my design, all the emulsion ends up running off the paper, what am I doing wrong?** A: When a complete wash out occurs, it may be one of the two things. First, the sensitizer was not properly mixed or dissolved into the emulsion. Secondly, you may not have exposed your screen for the proper amount of time. Please ensure that all of the sensitizer has been dissolved. You may go back and add a few drops of water into the sensitizer container to remove the remaining sensitizer and add to the emulsion. You should refer to the exposure chart included in the kit purchased and or visit our website to view. Please ensure that you are using the suggested light source and spacing as this will give you the best results. If you have changed any aspect of the recommended exposure set up, you will need to conduct your own test to determine the appropriate exposure time for your setup.
