I can’t stop eating this! First time I tried it I wasn’t sure if I liked it or hated it. It has a unique taste - salted caramel and mild cheese is the best way I can describe it. It’s not for everyone though. I’m the only one in my family who likes it. I think another poster said she ate it with coffee. I can attest to the fact that this is a good way to eat it.

Had this cheese on a recent trip to Norway and loved it. So glad we found it here, a little pricey with the shipping but so worth it. The product did come in a couple days and was packed with dry ice. We keep it in the fridge for a special treat.
