I need to wear this with open toe shoes .** A: I always spray sheer toes with hair spray [not heavily] after putting them on and then pull the seam beneath my foot. It's old school but has always helped to avoid runs at the toes as well as showing no seam. I keep my nails short but depending on the shoe it can still cause a run.
