I couldn't find anything so I emailed the manufacturer. And, to my surprise, they answered me within about 2 hours (on a Sunday) and offered to send me a new one, no questions asked (well, they asked for the lot number and a photo). In under a week they'd shipped me a brand new unit (no cost to me). I'm sure I wouldn't have taken the time to do a review, but given the excellent customer service I got, I thought they deserved some credit. Unfortunately I was getting ready to use it again this year and the nozzles on the top of it broke off. It leaked all over but I was there when it happened. I contacted rainpoint to see if I could maybe get it fixed and they where quick to get back to me and after a few emails they ended up sending me another unit. Great customer service! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had problems but excellent customer support saved the day *by D***B on 3 May 2024* Updated: The company proactively reached out to me and made good on the support of their product. I appreciate a company that stands by their product and listens to customer feedback. I really like the simplicity of their product, ecosystem and app. I have the single and dual controllers. The single is still working well but the double quit working. When I gently opened the back, the wires to the battery compartment broke away from the soft weld and were corroded. I noticed that the battery cover is not watertight and had to remove water from it more than once when it was working.
