Excellent pack!
This little bag is one tough pack. I can feel the material is very sturdy and the stitching is nice. I have ran it through the woods since my job deals with natural resources, and I cannot say I have any disappointing comments about it. It has been through thorns, brush, and the like and shows no signs of wear. The backpack has some strong points of contact to your body and when you weigh it down, and use the chest and waist strap correctly, the pack doesn't hinder your movement. I included a picture of it on my back for everyone like me who has trouble visualizing the cubic inches measurement in terms of size. It comes down to about my belt line. It is not too big, which is indicated by the description of "medium", but you could probably fit a basketball inside it. If you are looking for a bigger pack, the muti-day packs will suit you. You cannot beat this one for day trips or for daily haul though.

Great bag
I am currently in Afghanistan. I normally carry two Bags a 3 day pack and a go back with "necessities". This bag makes a great go bag. The main compartment is large enough for A couple of MRE's, Ammo and water. There are holes in the top for a camel back hose. There is a pouch inside the main compartment you could use for your camel back bladder. The outside pouches are great for medical supplies and toiletries. The pack is truly versatile and so far very durable. It is slim and compact. It is perfect for assault missions in the urban environment. A three day pack can sometimes impede your movement this bag is all go.

Nice pack, shot shoulder straps.
This is my second condor bag. Great construction, very reliable for my gear and travel. But it falls short. I have a 54in. chest and broad shoulders. Condor stopped short of fit and comfort for bigger guys. The 3 day assault bag fits perfect. This one, not so much. It'll work for now because I'm tired of looking for a gear bag. Reluctantly I'd buy it again.

Perfect for a couple days out and about.
I needed a pack for two to three days and this fit my needs perfectly. This is my third Condor pack and fits in between the Convoy and 72 hour pack. I can get three days worth of freeze dried meals, a stove, water filter, hammock and sleeping bags plus some incidentals in it with no problems. The only gripe I have is the main pocket does not open up like a clam shell but after you use it a couple times you get used to it and learn how to pack gear with this in mind. Great pack, I've used it four times since I bought it and I am anything but gentle with my gear.

2nd purchase
So my first Condor was appropriated by a friend and never returned, and after burning through a different bag, I had to buy this one again. Some people like Condor bags, others hate them, but to be honest, none of us are trying to get through assessment and selection with this thing. It is a well-constructed bag with very good zippers despite some critics (the trick is to turn up the rain cover before operating), and the shoulder straps are exactly what you want for a day of wandering the mall, walking a trail or other non-saving-the-world activity. Hip belt is removable which is the first thing I dump anyway. About the only complaint I have is the lack of an external pocket or pouch for water bottles, etc., and adding them separately makes the bag look a little bulky. Very roomy main compartment, two decent outside pockets for the usuals like cellphone, keys, - all the things. I carry an IFAK in the larger bottom pocket and my daily grabs in the top. There is also a pocket in the back for a water reservoir or anything you don't want easily nabbed while standing in line. For some reason they give you three different openings for the drinking tube along the top of the bag - but I'm sure they are actually there for your satcom antenna, maybe a 15-foot whip for your PRC-77... Anyway - good bag for the daily commute and get-home option for when your commute turns all zombified. If you really are looking for a bag to use for assessment and selection, go back to CIF and do it right.

Short shoulder straps
Decent bag. Seems to be durable enough. Only issue is the shoulder straps are to short. Made for guys 5'7" and under. Anyone taller than that. The buckle of the shoulder strap will be pushing against your armpit. Not very comfortable at all. The rest of the bag is comfortable. The large hip belt is very comfortable and provides good amount of support. This makes it doable. I purchased this for everday Carry. But I opt to use it for mountain biking instead.

Well made and durable as expected
Other than the color of the buckles not being black everything about this bag is exactly has described and portrayed. I have been searching for a multi purpose bag to use for personal as well as business trip use and this bag fits the bill perfectly. Plenty of space and pockets to store your belongings with optional expansion of the bag to double it's storage space. My full size 15'' PC lap top fits perfectly inside with space to spare for other gadgets. Straps are fully adjustable to your needs and comfort as well. Overall, well made for a very reasonable cost. I would recommend this bag to a friend.

like to be ultra organized
I've only recently purchased this bag, and have yet to put it through its paces, but come Spring I plan to hike with it religiously. I currently use it as a bug-out bag and a to-and from work bag. The quality of the stitching and materials used have me feeling this bag will last a lifetime of use and abuse. The compartments are big enough to hold just about everything you'd need for a bug-out bag, unless you're planning on putting in the kitchen sink. If you need more space, like to be ultra organized, or want a few pouches for rapid deployment, the generous MOLLE along the sides, bottom and front will serve you well. As for the MOLLE, I do have one complaint and that's the side MOLLE attachments. You only have two viable MOLLE rows as the others are sewn too close to the edge of the fabric to be used. I did get a little annoyed with this, but it did not hinder me from adding a water pack (I'll be replacing it with bladders soon) and a medical kit. The zipper flaps were also a bit of an annoyance of mine, but I've grown use to them and they no longer bother me. They may bother you, however. The flaps often impede me from quickly closing the three compartments. So if you were planning to use this bag in a life-critical situations were seconds mattered getting out of someplace, you might consider taking them off. You can do so fairly easily with shears or a seam cutter. The fit of the bag is great for me and adjusted easily. The chest restraint was a bit high initially but with some proper fitting it settled an inch above the nipple line and I'm okay with that. I stand 5'8" and weigh 185lbs and consider myself athletic in appearance. So if you're within 20lbs either way and 5 inches you should be okay with this pack. The waist belt sits a bit high on me as well, but it's within acceptable range of where it should that I don't see it being an issue if I start to bear heavier loads. The overall amount you'll be able to carry with this pack I doubt will warrant me being upset with the belt. Again, though, only time will tell. All-in-all I think this bag is a great bag to make a bug-out bag from as well as a hiking bag. I don't think it's the greatest and there are definitely better out there, but I feel for the cost it is definitely the best in its class and price range. I only wish I'd purchased it last year when it was about $15 cheaper. TIP: If you plan to add MOLLE attachments to the sides of the bag, weave the compression straps under the MOLLE or you'll successfully negate their compression ability.

Great Bag, Don’t Hesitate To Buy
Just received my Condor Medium Assault Pack today. Shipping time was great, even with the recent backup due to the virus. Took four business days. Upon receiving the bag I went over the bag very closely. I could not find any subpar stitching, all seems very strong. The quality of the material is in line with much more expensive bags and feels like it should last years. The zippers themselves are incredibly sturdy and smooth. My one issue I’ve run into so far (the only one with the entire bag) is that the zipper flys get caught by the zipper if you aren’t careful, but that may just because it’s not yet loaded and have only run them through about half a dozen times. The Molle webbing covers the bag and lines up with the pouches and attachments I have compared thus far, seems there is enough to add two water bottle pouches, my Ka-Bar shorty (5 1/4” blade) with the Kydex sheath will secure nicely to the belly band, and room for my med kit on the back with one other small pouch/attachment. And will probably add straps for a sleeping bag and tent to the bottom. Overall very impressed with the bag, even at $148 CAD with shipping. Will update once loaded and tested to see if there are any issues but I’m guessing I will be quite happy after putting it to work.

Impresionante capacidad.
