The colour is a bonus too if you have guests round as blue corn tortillas can be found easily in the top UK Mexican places but red is more unique. As each variety of corn often contributes a subtle taste difference, if all red corn makes Masa Harina like this then I think it is my favourite of the main colours. I've not made Tamales using it yet but for tortillas, was impressed for something we can get in the UK. Will re-order when I run out.
