Not positive if it has an adapters for a '94 Cadillac, but I would be surprised if it didn't. I have a '94 Lexus, and it has an adapter for that. One thing to be aware of: They apparently have stopped updating the scan tool. The last update was 7/17. I called customer service about the updates, and they called over to engineering at Bosch (who makes the tool for OTC), and they responded that they have no plans for further updates. The 7/17 updates covers cars up to model year 2013, and some 2014.
