I bought this item to replace an old one that just looked worn out. My first one was purchased at Walmart & was called a Tinkle Bell. This brand, ''Potty Time Chimes''  looks nice on the door. It hangs low enough to the floor for my toy sized dog to reach. Would highly recommend.
