does noticeably dim my testosterone. example: my moods are more in line and i am all-around calmer. Just to see if it was a placebo effect, i switched off for a week or two and my moods and libido spiked so i knew it was a benefit taking this medication.

My doctor recommended this to reset pain receptors, and it also helps with memory. I have taken it now for years.

It’s doing what it’s supposed to do but I got the side effects of water retention, and couldn’t poop for a few days. If I wasn’t ultra sensitive to this dose, I’d of finished the bottle. That was only on 3 doses. 😂 it’s been 4 days after my last dose and I feel 1/2 way normal. I tho k this will work, but the dose is way too high for me…

This pregnenolone supplement is exactly as advertised. It’s easy to take and simple to add into my daily hormone support routine. Happy with the product so far.

I love life extension brands and used their other supplements. I don’t doubt the product but this supplement is not for me. It gave me insomnia I have never had trouble sleeping so I know it is the supplement.

I take it once a week. Definitely helps with stress. Bit on the costly side due to the import premium. Please check seller rating before buying.
