I was using a little chip that plugged into my business partners phone or mine. Those worked fine but some people are weird about you swiping the card. This is easier and they are able to do it and sign it . It swivels around also. I bought the oldest iPad and refurbished to make it cheap and it’s working great. It does come with a mount to screw into your counter .but it has enough weight that it isn’t needed and has grip rubber to keep in place and not slide around.
