How do you use this? Just sit it in the affected area?

This is used in conjunction with a vaportek machine. It claims to last but it didn't last long for our use (weeks). We have a pot shop at the end of our bldg. & the "harvest time" smell was creeping in to our facility (1 business in between us). We had put the vaportek in the area where the odor was permeating & it helped tremendously for a short period time. I think spending $80-90 for the cartridge that didn't last but a few weeks is excessive. We set up a hydroxyl machine at the end of the day & turned it off for most of the am & turn it back on again for a few hours & back off until the end of the day & back on for the night. Hope this helps.
