For breakfast, I make two large cups of coffee from one Keurig cup and add the packet. I now have a wonderful hot mocha with only 70 calories but with 15 grams of cocoa. I put it in my large cup and sip it in the morning. It is satisfying, healthy, and filling. This works beautifully and is portable. Add it to a cup of hot Starbucks grande coffee which I ask them to put in a venti cup, and I am in heaven. Try it! I hate things like crystal light you add to water bc of taste as well as artificial sweeteners! I dk how they did it, but this tastes like original nestles hot chocolate! You would never know that it was for bariatric patients! The downside is like a lot of our (WLS pts) products it’s ridiculously expensive and I can only find it here! Anyway! I’m still buying it 3 boxes at a time for around 43$ total.
