(Pending Long-Term Dependability) + UPDATE - As you can see from my photo, they are VERY consistent with each other. The temperatures indicate within 1 degree of a very accurate thermometer of mine. As for the humidity levels, I have no other hygrometer with which to compare readings. But since they're so consistent, and based on most reviews, I suspect they are accurate, or at least very close. Readability is excellent if there is good DIRECT light on the screens. However, in a not-so-well-lit room the readability falls sharply for my older eyes. Even in a relatively well-lit room, the display isn't so easy to read if it faces away from the light source. There's a convenient push button on the back to go from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, or vice versa. Back there you'll also find a convenient fold-down kickstand, and a plenty-strong magnet to attach the device to steel and/or some magnetic stainless steels. I particularly appreciate that each of these are powered by a common, easy to find, AAA battery. So, I'm able to use my rechargeable Tenergy batteries - also bought here on desertcart. I can't yet comment on how long a rechargeable will last, especially since they are 1.2 volts, not 1.5 like non-rechargeables. But, with a freshly charged one, the display is just as distinct/sharp as with a standard 1.5 volt battery. So, I feel I can honestly recommend these for price, function and convenience. However, long-term reliability still remains to be seen. I will update this listing as time passes to let you know if they are holding up as well as I would hope. UPDATE: I've had these for over 2 years now, and they continue to work perfectly - even out in my hot, or cold, or hot and humid open-air sunroom! It turns out that 1.2-volt Tenergy rechargeable batteries keep each unit working great for a few months at a time before needing recharging. But be aware that the display all but disappears if it's kept in a freezing cold place, like my sunroom in winter. Review: Simple, accurate, easy. - I bought these for my 90 year old mother and she loves them. Old people like the temp and humidity numbers! She placed them all around her place and she’s thrilled to know what’s going on. ## Features - Face Icon Comfort Indicator: Humidity temperature gauge features face icons to indicate DRY/COMFORT/WET air conditions, quickly informs you how to adjust your humidifier or dehumidifier to achieve optimal comfort - Highly Accurate Sensors: This temperature humidity sensor features a high accuracy of +/-1°F/°C and +/-2% to 3%RH, making it ideal for measuring dynamic environments like greenhouses - Fast Refresh Rate: This digital indoor thermometer refreshes every 10 seconds to provide the latest updates for temperature and humidity readings - Compact Display with Large Digits: This digital thermometer indoor outdoor features a compact LCD display with large bold digits, allowing you to read the room thermometer indoor from any angle and distance - Multiple Placement Options: This humidistat has 3 placement options - Tabletop Stand / Magnetic Back / Hanging Mount, place the wall thermometer anywhere you wish such as living room, baby room, kitchen, greenhouse, guitar room, office or cellar ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09NL17MBR | | Battery Description | Alkaline | | Best Sellers Rank | #163 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #4 in Indoor Thermometers | | Brand | TempPro | | Brand Name | TempPro | | Color | White Indoor Thermometer | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 8,063 Reviews | | Included Components | White Temperature and humidity gauge 3,AAA batteries,User Manual | | Item Dimensions W x H | 2.2"W x 2.6"H | | Item Highlight | Humidity Meter Mini Hygrometer with Temperature and Humidity Monitor Outdoor and Room Thermometer Weather Station | | Item Length | 2.86 inches | | Manufacturer | TempPro | | Model | TempAir CORE TP-49-W-3 | | Mounting Type | Tabletop, Wall Mount | | Number of Items | 3 | | Operating Humidity | 10%-99% | | Part Number | TP-49-3 | | Product Dimensions | 2.2"W x 2.6"H | | Temperature Accuracy | ±1 °F | | Temperature Reading Accuracy | plus_minus_1_degree_fahrenheit | | Unit Count | 3 Count | | Upper Temperature Range | 158 °F | | Voltage | 1.5 volts | ## Product Details - **Battery Description:** Alkaline - **Brand:** TempPro - **Color:** White Indoor Thermometer - **Mounting Type:** Tabletop, Wall Mount - **Product Dimensions:** 2.2"W x 2.6"H ## Images ![TP49 3 Pack Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71BMCptJOnL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Number Of Items** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Has anyone used it for a while? good quality? Old people like the temp and humidity numbers! She placed them all around her place and she’s thrilled to know what’s going on. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are Perfect for $7 each! *by M***K on August 14, 2026* OMG, I have rarely been so delighted with a product. These are smaller than previous temp/hum meters I have bought. They are about 3 inches square but easy to read. Come with a single AAA battery for each. It starts right up with one button/one push for C or F. You can wall-mount or use the slide-out stand. It is perfect, all for about $7 each. I hope they last. If they do not I will edit this review. ## Frequently Bought Together - ThermoPro TP49 3 Pieces Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer Humidity Meter Mini Hygrometer with Temperature and Humidity Monitor Outdoor and Room Thermometer - ThermoPro TP50 Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer Room Thermometer and Humidity Gauge with Temperature Monitor - ThermoPro TP49 Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer Humidity Meter Room Thermometer with Temperature and Humidity Monitor Mini Hygrometer Thermometer --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/433682419-tp49-3-pack-digital-hygrometer-indoor-thermometer](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/433682419-tp49-3-pack-digital-hygrometer-indoor-thermometer) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
