I decided to pick up this model and I've now used it for about three hours stripping paint from a scissor lift using Roloc paint stripping discs. Running between 90 and 100 PSI of shop air, this thing gets it done with ease. I like the rear exit exhaust, the lower noise level, the speed adjustment knob, and the overall build quality. It is stout and a good size bigger than my IR die grinder. I add a drop of oil or two everyday that I use it, and it's running flawlessly. Most of the time I use a Milwaukee 90 degree cordless die grinder, but those don't have much to offer in terms of power. They're great for light work and portability, but there's no way they'd run a 3" paint stripping disc for more than 10 seconds before shutting down due to overload. This Aircat laughs at those discs and is a pleasure to use. Oh, I didn't mention it by it's very smooth as well. If you need power, this is a great choice.
