UPDATE: 2 years later and I still love this! It fell off the wall and the plastic screws that are attached to the suction cups broke. I contacted the seller to see if I could get replacement parts rather than buying the whole thing new. Even though it was out of warranty, they sent me the parts I needed. Great product and great customer service. Easy to hang. Very sturdy - I have 4 full-size shampoo bottle in it. Keeps bottles out of the way and off tub shelves. Liked it so much I bought a 2nd one for the kids' bathroom.

AMAZING. I purchased and hung this up this in Oct 2022 (now December 2025). I moved it once to clean behind it, but besides that, it has. not. moved. I’m able to put multiple full bottles of product in it, and I have no fear of it falling. I currently have 7 various-sized items in it, and they fit great. Big enough but not too big!

I love these SANNO suction caddies and own five variations since December 2019. They are very easy to install, hold well, and look so clean and nice. I have been happy for two years until one day I heard a big crashing noise. Two caddies fell. Luckily, I did not have any glass bottles, but the shower floor was a mess. I have ordered eight extra suction cup replacements, and today I ordered another four. Each one costs about four dollars, so you would consider the running costs of the product. Nevertheless, I will keep using them because they still look good!

This caddy would not stay up in my shower. I out it up multiple times in multiple places. I have these in all of my showers so I know how they work. I waited too late to install to be able to return.

I purchased one of these six years ago and it worked great. In that time it fell about four times (I suspect that a couple of times it was accidentally knocked off.) I cleaned and dried the wall and the suction cups, remounted it, and it was resolved. After six years, the cleaning agents we use, and time caused the suction cups to degrade and fail. The new one is exactly the same as the original one, except that I believe that the suction cup material is better (could be my imagination.) Installation is extremely easy by following the instructions. Remember to remove any residue from the cleaner before mounting. Disassemble the suction mounts. Remove the protective film from the rubber suction cup and place on a completely flat, untextured area. Use the basket to position the second suction cup at the correct distance. I strongly suggest that you use a small level and position the cups level. The cups adhere to the wall on their own. Reassemble the mounts by threading the knobs back on, place the basket on the mounts, and tighten the knobs until as tight as you possibly can. As the instructions indicate, use your whole hand to tighten, not just your fingers. Don't use pliers or you might break the knob and you*will* chip off the chrome plating. BTW, after six years the original basket is in like new condition and will be used for storage.

I love this basket! I have two in one shower, one in another, and I sent one off to college with my son. You have to follow the directions exactly in order to get it to stay in place. But once it’s there, it’s there. Only occasionally I have to tighten it. The durability, especially in hard water, is good. I have had no rust issues in any that I have purchased. I couldn’t shower without this. It helps keep the solid pieces in my shower free of the nasty pink build up under bottles caused by airborne bacteria. My bottles air dry in the baskets, and I don’t have to bleach my shower as often because of these baskets.

Gutes Zubehör. Die Saugnäpfe halten sehr lange dicht bei glatten Fliesen. Hin und wieder kann man etwas nachdrehen. Kein Rost nach vielen Monaten Nutzung. Viele andere wären bereits von der Wand gefallen. Das ist bei mir nie passiert, zumal sich zunächst einmal nur ein Saugnapf etwas lösen würde.

Excellent size and so far has stayed secured.
