This is a nice option to my full strength and 1/2 calories blend sticks. I like the convenience and ease of use.The way they shipped this made the box get damaged by the Amazon shipping/ driver. The product still sits in the box on my kitchen counter so I can't complain too much. It seemed odd that it took longer than the half strength blendy sticks I ordered. I'm guessing it's just not a popular.
