A: No

**Q: Can two of these be used in tandem with a directional switch?**
A: I don't see why it wouldn't work.  It essentially would be working like plumbing would/

**Q: Should this be mounted vertically to utilize all oil capacity?**
A: It will work in both vertical and horizontal positions but if you need to utilize all the oil vertical positioning is what the factory recommends.
