Even though my depression is resolved at this point, the fatigue has lingered, making me think maybe I had some sort of deficiency. I decided to try a good multivitamin for extra support for my body. I bought these vitamins because they are so loaded with nutrients. Nothing else I found even compares. And the support for my cycle is a nice added bonus. I'll have to see if it makes a difference.I've only taken them a couple of days, but yesterday was the first day in a long time that I wasn't yawning all day and didn't feel like I had to have a nap mid-afternoon. I'm not sure if maybe I needed the extra bit of iron or if the mega doses of B vitamins have perked me up. Or maybe I've lacked D from actually experiencing real winter for the first time ever. Doesn't matter. Whatever I have lacked, these vitamins have filled in the gaps.I throw up every multivitamin I try, some even with food. I haven't been brave enough to try these without food yet, but I have taken them with breakfast and I haven't even felt the first twinge of queasiness. That's impressive.Yes, they are big. But they easily pop in half, which is how I take them. Yes, they have turned my urine an interesting color, but I don't consider that to be that much of a drawback.Overall, I'm so happy with these.
