My shoe size is a 7.5 to 8 regular and so initially bought the Pro Mountain sock in size MEDIUM, which is what their size chart suggested. When I tried them on, they were very comfortable, even the best I had ever tried, HOWEVER... As I have already stated, I am picky when it comes to my feet, and I was hoping for just a tad less snugness around my foot with little more length and so I order the size LARGE and OH MY GOODNESS!!!! NOW THIS REALLY IS SOCK HEAVEN!!! They honestly feel as though I am barefoot as though they are my own skin. They're not too long where they'd create a little flapper out the end of my toes, nor that dreaded pucker bunching wad that protrudes out the back of my shoes whenever socks are too long. These are the perfect length with or without shoes. They keep my feet warm around the house while also affording me to keep my feet clean and soft and smooth. No crusty feet for me if I can help it! My first package of socks has been washed several times, and each pair is still perfect. I noticed that Amazon is already out of size large in the white which makes me afraid that they may discontinue them. So, I am going to buy several packs to store away.
