It starts out great, then they start going quickly through the band exercises before I could get set up to begin, and eventually I gave up. I've tried several times to get into it, but even when I do get the band set up, it doesn't seem to be as great a workout as it looks, but there isn't time to adjust the band. Eric Franklin's books are spectacular, and I wish they took more time with the DVDs, because they could be such a great learning experience/work out.
