Can this heat vinyl be used on drinking glasses and stainless steel?

I have not tried it but what I do know is the regular permanent adhesive vinyl works on glasses and stainless steel mugs and tumblers.

You get 4 black 4 white 2 royal blue 2 red I think there was another that had 2 but you also get the mat the tool and the Teflon
